The essay opens a debate, indicates a direction of progress, by showing that starting from humanist values and principles of European democratic constitutions is possible. The peoples of Europe want a radical reform of society, in accordance with the values of freedom and social justice, peace and prosperity.

This volume analyzes the crisis of democratic liberalism and multilateralism, and the author examines the essential mechanisms of the European Union which has betrayed its own principles.
